The Raider Image Return Policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise that does not fit the following criteria may be ineligible for a refund or exchange:

Refunds and exchanges require original sales receipt.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. 

Merchandise must have the original sales tags attached, and must be in re-sellable condition.

Merchandise with inherent defects will certainly be accepted.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for clearance merchandise, personalized products, special orders, undergarments, swimwear, and memorabilia.

Exchanges may require additional shipping charges. Original and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. 

Exchanges and refunds for orders placed online must be made by contacting our Customer Service Team at CustomerService@RaiderImage.com or calling 1-800-RAIDERS.

Merchandise must comply with the terms listed above.
